Loran

Composition :

Each tablet loran^® contains Loratadine 10 mg

 

Pharmacology :

Loratadine is a long-acting potent tricyclic antihistamine with selective competitive antagonistic activity on peripheral H1 receptors and has no sedation properties.

 

Indication :

• Reduces symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, runny nose and itchy nose, itching and eyes burn

• It also relieves symptoms with chronic urticaria signs as well as dermatologic disease
  

 

Dosage :

• Elderly, adult, child 12 years or older: 1 tablet (10 mg) daily
• Children 2-12 years: Body weight over 30 kg: 10 mg daily. Body weight less than 30 kg: 5 mg daily

Efficacy and safety use in children under 2 years has not been established
