Composition :

Each gram cream SCACID^® contains Permethrin 50 mg

 

Pharmacology :

Permethrin is an antiparasitic broad spectrum against mites, hair lice, body lice and other anthropods. Permethrin acts by disrupting the polarization of parasite nerve cell walls through bonding with sodium. This slows down the repolarization of the cell wall and eventually parasitic paralysis occurs. Permethrin is metabolized rapidly in the skin. Inactive metabolism results will soon be excreted through the urine.

 

Indication :

Investment therapy Sarcoptes scabiei (scabies)

 

Administration :

SCACID^® Cream is used for single use. Apply SCACID^® Cream evenly on the entire surface of the skin from head to toes, especially the area behind the ears, folds of the buttocks and between the fingers. Duration of use for 8-12 hours. It is recommended to apply at night and then washed the next day.
