Composition :

Each tablet NOBOR^® contain Allylestrenol 5 mg

 

Pharmacology :

– Allylestrenol also increases levels of placental hormones such as estrogen, progesterone, HCG (Human    Chorionic Gonadotropin) and HPL (Human Placental Lactogen), making it useful for maintaining trophoblast    layer in the placenta.- Allylestrenol can reduce the risk of abortion.

 

Indication :

• The threat of abortion (abortus imminens)
• Habitual abortion
• The threat of preterm labor

 

Dosage :

• The threat of abortion (abortus imminens):

Dosage: 3 times 1 tablet per day for 5 – 7 days. If necessary, the length of therapy can be extended. Dosage should be gradually reduced if symptoms of abortion threats are not found anymore.

• Habitual abortion:

Dosage: 1 – 2 times 1 tablet per day, as soon as the patient is declared pregnant. The administration of Allylestrenol in habitalis abortus is continued at least up to 1 month after the end of the crisis.

• The threat of preterm labor:

Maximum administration dosage: 40 mg per day, depending on the patient condition.
