Composition :

Each ESTA^®-1 tablet contains Estazolam 1 mg

Each ESTA^®-2 tablet contains Estazolam 2 mg

 

Pharmacology:

Estazolam acts on the sleep center in the brain (connection arrangement) which regulates the physiological functions of sleep.

 

Indications:

For all kinds of sleep disorders due to nervousness, anxiety, tension, psychosis and other disorders such as pain after surgery, trauma.

 

Dosage :

The dosage for adults is usually as follows:

Neurosis, internal disturbances: 1-2 tablets at bedtime

Psychosis, schizophrenia: 2-4 tablets before bed

The night before surgery: 1-2 tablets at bedtime.

Dosage should be adjusted according to the patient’s age, symptoms and condition.

ESTA^® should be administered just before bedtime in insomnia patients. After taking ESTA^®, if it is possible for the patient to wake up temporarily to do other activities during bedtime, this drug should not be given.

 

Storage :

Store at temperatures below 30°C
