Alganax

Composition :

Each tablet ALGANAX^® 0.25 contains Alprazolam 0.25 mg

Each tablet ALGANAX^® 0.5 contains Alprazolam 0.5 mg

Each tablet ALGANAX^® 1 contains Alprazolam 1 mg

 

Pharmacology :

Alprazolam is a triazole derivate from 1.4 benzodiazepine, an antidepressant, anti panic and anti anxiety.

 

Indication :

Anti anxiety included neurosis anxiety, anxiety signs.

Antidepressant included anxiety with related with depression.

Anti panic included diseases or panic attack with or without agoraphobia.

 

Dosage :

For panic attack: start from 0.5 mg – 1.0 mg ad bed time or 0.5 mg 3 times daily. Usually it give 0.75 mg – 1.5 mg in divided dose. Usually dose given 0.5 mg – 4.0 mg daily in divided dose.

For elderly people: start from 0.5 mg-0.75 mg, in divide dose. The general dose 0.5 mg – 0.75 mg daily in divided dose, it can be increased depend on demand and tolerancy.
